Plain terms for working with Built by Quest, a sole proprietorship run by Camron Quest in Boise, Idaho. The website is the deal; this just writes down how it works.

The demo

I build a custom demo of your site at no charge and no obligation. Looking costs nothing. You are never signed up for anything by viewing it.

If you buy

The price is a one-time $1,950 for your finished website. When you pay, you own it outright — the domain is registered in your name, and you get the code and a login to edit it or hand it to anyone else. There is also an optional care plan at $149/month (hosting and edits), month-to-month, cancel any time. The care plan is never required to keep your site.

The guarantee & refunds

Once your site goes live, you have a two-week money-back window. If it’s not right, tell me within those 14 days and you get a full refund, and your site comes down. After the 14-day window has passed on a live, delivered site, the one-time $1,950 is non-refundable, since the work is complete and yours. The optional care plan is month-to-month — cancel any time and you’re not billed again; partial months already started aren’t refunded.

If a billing question comes up, email me first at camronquest20@gmail.com and I’ll make it right — that’s faster than a card dispute. For any chargeback, I’ll provide the payment processor with the record of what was approved and delivered. What I don’t promise is search rankings or a number of leads — those depend on things no website controls.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the photos, reviews, and business details you give me. I only publish real reviews from real customers — never anything made up. You keep ownership of your content.

Payments

Payments, when you choose to buy, are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your full card details.
